Fantastic property, within easy walking distance of Sandy Bay village. Also easy to get to public transport to take you anywhere you want to go in Hobart. Would recommend ceiling fans as the upstairs rooms get very hot and pedestal fans aren't as effective. Overall, fantastic place to stay!

Great location, plenty of space
Loved the layout and spaciousness of this property, wonderful bath and kitchen. Sadly no heaters/electric blankets in any of the bedrooms so these two Queenslanders felt the cold of Hobart's warmest winter. Quick communication and great location.

Thanks for your review Tegan, we're pleased you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry to hear that you needed heaters in the bedroom, we would have dropped these off for you. As the villa is a new build, it comes equipped with air conditioning in the living rooms and under floor heating in the bathrooms, and has double glazing. Most guest have been warm however I understand it's not Queensland conditions :-) All the best

Accom listed for "business executives" And the "modern family" - but no internet, Smart tv, Wi-Fi etc. Otherwise good location and super modern facilities and good appliances.

This property was very comfortable and had everything needed and more. Was within walking distance to Hobart City and had a local shopping centre for groceries which was convenient.

Beautiful, clean house. The perfect location for exploring Hobart and surrounds.
The house is lovely and new and was spotlessly clean. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and storage. Luxurious bathrooms with the advantage of an extra toilet downstairs. Plenty of good quality linen and other toiletries. Only one living area, but that is plenty when there is so much sightseeing to do on your doorstep. The kitchen has the necessities, but not a lot of extras. A short walk to the water, shops and numerous cafes and eating places.
