Conveniently located in the village Battery Point. The property is 10 minutes walk from Salamanca and Hobart’s waterfront. A beautifully renovated, luxury apartment offers unique furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a dining setting.
Guests can enjoy alfresco dining on the communal terrace using the BBQ facilities. This ground floor apartment is private and spacious with a Parisian feel. All the modern conveniences are included; washing machine, dryer, and full kitchen.

The apartment has two king bedrooms and king beds that can be split onto singles... The third bedroom has two single beds with a loft with steep staircase, which we recommend for children to teenagers.

Private and secure you have complete uninterrupted access to the property. Guests require a secure access code to obtain access to the Apartment.

From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.

As the apartment is in the popular Battery Point area close to Salamanca and the city, you do not require a car to get around. However, should you decide to hire a motor vehicle, parking is on street only and there are 2 hour parking restrictions due to being in a residential area. Weekday restrictions are from 8-5pm and weekend hours are from 8-4pm. Anytime outside these hours are free.
