”They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

”The only nice thing about this place was the staff.
In our room, there was a small rust colored stain on the bedspread typical of bed bugs and I had a bite on torso. The shower curtain was heavily stained and the bedside tables were not wiped clean.
The next AM there were large ants on the breakfast counter. And the food was old. Also, from the hotel's rewards program, I got a phone call to visit a timeshare demo afterward. Staying away from this place and this brand.”

”I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

”Love this hotel because it is on a small kettle lake near the National Park. Our room had a patio overlooking the lake which was great for casual birding in the morning and evening. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to see the remodeled rooms and lobby when completed! This is our new favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area.”

”My stay at the hotel was very good and I would stay again. The rooms were clean and they had a nice variety for breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. The only down side is that it is not located in an area were there is shopping or any restaurants. ”
