Summary:
Welcome to popular North Hobart, where you'll find the bustling restaurant strip and iconic State Cinema only metres away. Fully set-up to accommodate up to six guests in a modern, sunny home with all of Hobart's attractions on your doorstep. We offer off-street car parking for one vehicle and have two bathrooms. Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or jump onto public transport - you couldn't ask for a better, more convenient location.

The Space:
If you are looking for a warm, inviting place to call home during your stay in Hobart then look no further. The town house is located on Lefroy Street which runs straight into the heart of the North Hobart restaurant strip in Elizabeth Street.

On the entry level you'll find a small bedroom with a fold-down queen bed, a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry area which opens onto an outdoor area.

Heading upstairs is a spacious, open plan living and dining area with a galley kitchen. Here you can also enjoy the sunny balcony. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has access to an ensuite and there is also a second bedroom with a queen bed on this level.

Please note the garage will be locked for your stay, however you will still have access to 1 x outdoor parking space.

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with comprehensive instructions to assist with a self check-in.

Staying in North Hobart immerses you in one of Hobart's most lively and character-filled neighbourhoods. Walking is one of the best ways to experience North Hobart, as it allows you to fully appreciate the historic charm, local cafes, and unique shops along Elizabeth Street. The area is compact and pedestrian-friendly, so you can easily stroll to most of the dining, shopping, and entertainment spots.

For those needing to travel a bit further, Hobart’s public transportation system is convenient, with buses running frequently from North Hobart to the city center and other neighborhoods. Metro Tasmania operates reliable bus services, and several routes connect North Hobart directly to the CBD, Salamanca, and the waterfront in just a few minutes.

If you prefer more flexibility, ride-sharing services like Uber and taxis are widely available and offer quick access to popular spots like Salamanca Place, the waterfront, and the ferry to MONA. Biking can also be a fun way to explore, with bike rentals available and relatively easy terrain in and around North Hobart.
