”Otherwise great stay but the sustainability matters could be improved especially in the breakfast. There is in use plastic utensils and cups which are non-comfortable and pollute the environment. Just our family breakfast produced bag load of trash. Bring in glasses, silverware and such. ”

”The entire hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only note I would have is that the rooms themselves are a little dated (the carpeting and lighting), but they were very clean and comfortable. It didn't bother us, but was something we noticed. If you're looking for the most up-to-date stay, this may not be it - if you don't care, then it's amazing.”

”The hotel room was very clean. Free and plentiful parking. The beds were okay, a bit springy but not terrible. Our issue was the street noise, it was horrendous, seemingly all night long. Most nights, even with earplugs, we didn’t fall asleep until 4 am. Most hotel rooms have really thick glazing on the windows, this hotel didn’t. We asked to move rooms several times and the hotel didn’t help us over our four night stay. The back of the hotel is opposite a driving range with incredibly bright...

”There are trains that run through all night long and woke us up. They offered a white noise machine but none of that made a difference with how loud the trains were. The entire time we were there they also had issues with WiFi and we never had Internet. We let them know and the response was "we have been having problems maybe we need to restart the system." But it was never fixed. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone”

”I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon. ”The airport shuttle was a joke. We waited over an hour for pickup at the airport & within that time called the hotel 3x for status. Each time I was told “it will be there within 20 minutes”. We finally took a taxi to the hotel (a 5 minute drive from the airport) & there was the shuttle, in front of reception.”
