”Hotel room large and well appointed. Staff lovely. Location excellent. Restaurant food fabulous. The water bottle at $10 was a stiff price and no free water. They used to be more doggy welcome, offering a dog bed, treats and water bowl. No longer. And they don’t tell you that dogs are not welcome in the restaurant. Which is weird at a dog friendly hotel. ”

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023. Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC. Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice. Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food. Some minor issues with the room. Toilet seat's...
