”The location is perfect - close to all amenities.The decking areas offer fabulous views of the harbour and the sand dunes, and are shaded by the Pohutukawa trees. The downstairs bedrooms need ceiling or other workable fans. The kitchen appliances could do with upgrading.We had no pets, so there was no issue. Good parking spaces. ”
