Lomamökit – Hokuriku

”The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

”BBQが20:00までなのが残念でしたが、それ以外は広さも綺麗さも完璧でした！”

”老闆很熱心幫忙，下雨天還從巴士站載我們去check in，回程還載我們去白馬車站搭車”

”The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba.”
