”We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again.”

”It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. We stayed 3 nights for Silverstone and it is fine for a short stay / stopover. We would normally stay in 4*+ hotels, but this was perfectly fine. Receptionist advised...

The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”

”This is probably one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed, it was spotless, our room was stunning, so many little added touches, really comfy bed an pillows, the only thing that lets it down i think maybe because of the age of the property is the very thin walls and floor, but ear plugs are provided which is great in case you are sensitive to noise”
