”Perfect hotel: nice huge bedroom, clean, microwave, fridge, nice location and great staff.”

”This look like it was a newer property, which is very nice, but we did have a issue. There were black bugs. Found one on the bed and the other in the bathroom, I’m assuming because the room on the first floor. ”

”Was absolutely nasty, first the sign saying not responsible for things left in room. ”Dirty, rusty bath tub. Smelled like cigarettes smoke. Noisy outdoors there was a person “talking/yellimg” on her phone in front of our door. 3:00 A.M. felt very uncomfortable ”

”The stay itself was nice. Some of the clients of the hotel seemed sketchy. I was approached in the hallway and solicited. So that wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend reported it to the feont desk after I left. I am not sure if anything was done about it.”

”They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath.”

”Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!”

”The sheets in the first room had hair and both queen beds were sunken, and you can feel parts of the mattress springs. The front desk quickly gave us another room and that room was wonderful. When it was first opened it definitely offered great value, now it seems they have cut corners, and that's a shame. ”
