This look like it was a newer property, which is very nice, but we did have a issue. There were black bugs. Found one on the bed and the other in the bathroom, I’m assuming because the room on the first floor.

The rooms were clean although some spots (like the shower head) could have used some upgrades. The pool was small but it worked well and was warm. Beach House
Joseph was an excellent, very responsive host. House was very clean and well appointed. We had an excellent time there with our family.
