"We reserved 2 rooms a month ago, asked to be nearby instead were on 2 different floors. Room 2 had sand in the sheets and dirt on cover. Called front desk, was given new sheets, wrong size and had to change ourselves since room cleaning gone for day. Front desk should have offered to change the bed!! ..."
