”The location of this house is stunning. It's on a peninsula that sticks out in to Clear Lake, and then it itself is on its own little rocky promontory that sticks out from the peninsula. The house is about 50 feet up from the lake. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos.
