Lomapuistot – Holland-On-Sea

”Room was clean although a horrible (historic) mark on the carpet near the desk - why do they not trouble to clean it. Bedside lamp was too far to be any good for reading and not movable. Like the photograph artworks throughout the building. Have stayed at Kingscliffe many times and find it convenient.”

”Simple clean room. English ugh space for my daughter & I. The shower was plenty hot & powerful.”

”Staff were not very helpful or accommodating”

”We stayed at the apartment for four nights while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. That said, the beautiful sea views more than make up for it. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very prompt...

”This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. The place is reminiscent of the best of a traditional guest house, but with a modern clean feel. The amenities in the room were plentiful, and with the guests’ comfort in mind. The extra touches were much appreciated, as was the cleanliness and cotton sheets. The breakfast room is bright and airy, with white linen table cloths and pretty china. The breakfast is generous and good. The hotel is...

”Fine for an overnight stay. Receptionist handed the key wordlessly, beds were not great and there was a bit of noise but not enough to do me sleeping. You get what you pay for etc!”

”When we arrived we were put on the 2nd floor but the lift wasn't working thankfully the staff carried our suitcases up, got to our room seemed ok .nice and warm but what we didn't realise at the time the heating had just gone off and later we found out it comes on full with no chance of turning it off and your can't open the windows. We only had one set of towels for two people and very little teas, coffee, milk and toilet rolls. We went and asked for them and were given them straight away and...

”Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room.”

”Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and breakfast was great!”

”Der Empfang war herzlich und warm. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, angenehmes Bett und großes Badezimmer. Parkplätze im bewachten Hof, Preis-/Leistung super :)”

”Lovely venue”

”Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!”

”A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.”

”Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Good parking and easy access to the centre and beachfront. Would stay again.”
