”We stayed in one of the chalets for 3 night and enjoyed our stay very much! It was comfortable, clean and warm with a nice view of the lake. Staff were friendly - we had a kitchen tap broken and it was checked right away and fixed the next day. We would consider staying again in the future.”

”Lovely stay in the tree lodge, would highly recommend! Can get pretty dark though so advise to take torches for walking and also in the lodge. Plenty of candles and tea lights provided by the venue though, and the complementary s’mores kit was great! ”

We loved being so close to the beach and a short drive to St. Ives for a day of shopping and a true Cornish pasty (well half of one because the seagulls are savages!). "I traveled with two of my friends, so we got the Cocoon 3. The staff is friendly and checking in was easy and convenient. The hotel is clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing, both the lobby and the room. I enjoyed the room a lot, and the fact that there are no windows didn't bother me once. The lighting in the room is nice, which played a part in it. The shower acted up a little bit, taking a moment for the hot water to come through but then again I don't know if this actually had anything to do with the hotel. Overall great location, amazing value for such a low price point, good service and a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again."
