âWe arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. â

âRoom was tidied every day, most of the staff were very helpful. There is plenty of parking round back of hotel if you can get a spot.. we were lucky. Personally I think you should get breakfast or lunch or evening meal in with the price otherwise it gets a bit expensiveâ

âReally enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Inn. Staff were brilliant, and the food was excellent. That also brew their own beer which goes down a treat!
A perfect base to explore Pembrokeshire.â

âBeautiful, comfortable boutique hotel stay with exceptional staff. Marie was wonderful, acquainted us with the history of the Castle and the wonderful hotel amenities. She even assisted us with extending our stay. Canât wait to return for a summer visit! 5 star and a highlight of our South Wales adventure!â
