Hi there, thank you for your recent stay with us. I recall our interactions differently and am disappointed in your inaccurate responses. I personally assisted you each call, we had a laugh about the operational error on the brand new ac/heat unit and how it was not placed on the right settings. Later on the wifi call I offered the switch to a bigger room with better reaching wifi without any cost adjustments. We accommodated within minutes and did not hear back from you. Had there been other issues in your room we could have helped you. The jets no longer work in any of the rooms due to forced transitions with PG&E and do not offer them as a feature when you stay with us. Housekeeping does not recall any issues with your sheets or otherwise and had you brought it to our attention at the time we could have addressed your needs. But going online afterwards weeks later does not help!

Contrary to your statement here sir. YOU booked a pet friendly room online using a third party. We sent you a confirmation email, a thank you for joining us with your pet email and a your coming into a pet friendly room email and YOU chose not to answer them nor reply. Upon arrival you indicated you did not have a pet and by that time our standard rooms were all booked. So no, we did not stick you with a pet room. YOU booked it that way. This was explained to you upon arrival and you said at that time it was not a big deal. We appreciate your understanding and wish you safe and happy travels!

Thank you for your time to make an online review. However we need to make clear that You did check in on time, in fact 10 minutes earlier than regular check in time. The delay was due to the ac being fixed from prior guest tampering. Water tap was not reported as broken until after your arrival and it was fixed the same day. We were sold out and unable to simply move accommodations. We did offer credit towards future stay, restuarant credit or wine for the inconvieniences. We do hope you made it home safely.

Sorry for the confusion there sir! We do not advertise that we serve breakfast here at our facility nor are we even open for breakfast here. We have no crew to set up for breakfast that would not have shown up because we do not have breakfast. I do not even show a guest with your name within the last month or so. I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with your stay this visit. For your information you were not charged a late checkout fee even when leaving post 11:30 am. I will speak to the housekeeping staff about smoking outside of the laundry room though not a guest room and I will talk to their supervisor about language. Maintenance supervisor about room issues you bring up. Thank you for the feedback

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. Wifi was provided the entire time during your stay. It had been verified upon your voicemail. We are sorry to hear about this now when it's too late to help fix the problem. We have a strict non-smoking policy and yet it sounds like the other guests did not adhere to that policy.
