”The Hotel itself was very clean. Staff were very friendly, nice and polite. Restaurants and mall within walking distance. We took a Uber to Universal Studios, only about an eight minute ride. Con - we were in room 526 and the cloth chairs had a very bad body odor. I purchased a can of Lysol and sprayed them down and it was much better. We didn’t dare sit in them. Just used them for our luggage. The safe didn’t work either. We reported both items to the checkout staff. For convenience I would...

”The hotel is nice and the location is great. Check-in and check-out was fast and effortless. One grievance: The hotel room floor wasn’t cleaned once while our stay (9 nights) so the floor was dirty. Suggestion for housekeeping: Give disposable slippers to customers during their stay and/or clean the hotel room floor a few times a week. Thanks!”
