”Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip.”

”Our first stay here and we were very impressed. We stayed in a club room and had excellent experience. Our room was large, looked new and kept clean and in perfect condition. We had a beautiful room with a terrific view over Perth looking north. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful, at reception, and in the restaurants.”

”I didnt need to have reakfast as i had my own cereals. The staff and the room was good except for the view i was looking at a building. But overall i enjoyed my stay especially all the staff were very helpful. Excellent 💯😊 Warm Regards Sandra.👌”

”We have stayed in other 5 Star hotels in Perth and been disappointed. Ritz Carlton DID NOT disappoint! Lovely hotel, great location. Rooms, spa, pool, bars and restaurant all clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay.”

”Rooms were clean, neat, well equipped and quiet. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, excellent selection in buffet style, so of course not freshly cooked. Only criticism would be that tables be cleared and wiped a bit quicker so new patrons have a clean spot to sit without needing to ask. ”

”Location is central which is helpful. Laundromat about 400 meters up the road. Shower and bathroom were clean and tidy. Like most hotels the mini fridge was too small and didn't have a freezer compartment. Breakfast was ok but on the days I was there staff weren't attentive to the juice and drink stations and these ran out. The revolving doors are more a novelty and make it difficult if you have more than 2 bags trying to enter the premises.”
