There is a Sleeper Sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric range and refrigerator.

The Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a doorway to the back deck. The second full bathroom is just off the living room and has a tub/shower combo.

There is a private driveway with one covered parking space and a storage room on the ground level with beach chairs. There is also a covered area in the back on the ground level.
