    Tervetuloa Island Time-Westiin! Tämä 5 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen koti on täydellinen ranta vuokraus perheille ja ystäville pysyä ja nauttia Anna Maria Island.

    Tässä kodissa on Master-sviitit (king-vuode), 3 ylimääräistä king-huonetta ja kahden hengen hengen kerrossänky. Kaikki huoneet ovat viihtyisiä, viihtyisiä, ja ne on järjestetty maksimaalisen yksityisyyden takaamiseksi taulu-tv: llä ja kaapeliyhteydellä. Fantastisen avoimen konseptin lisäksi olohuone / ruokailutila, keittiö on myös ylimmällä tasolla suuri peli- / lapsihuone, kun aikuiset haluavat hieman hiljaista aikaa.

    Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kauniit puulattiat, graniitti työtasot, kaapeli / WiFi ja kaunis ulkoterassi ja uima-allasalue ylittävät jopa vaativimpien lomailijoiden ja kriitikkojen odotukset. Tämä saaren paratiisi on varustettu kauniilla keittiöllä, joka on täysin varustettu kaikilla keittiövälineillä. Koti on kauniisti sisustettu aliarvostetulla rantamökin eleganssilla.

    Tämä koti sijaitsee Holmesin rannalla ja on vain tiellä rannalle (3 minuutin kävelymatka) ja nurkan takana ravintoloista, pubeista ja kaupoista. Island Time-West on suuri lämmitetty uima-allas ja spa rentoutua kiireisen päivän jälkeen. Hotelli on ylellinen ja tervetullut lomapaikka, joka sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Anna Maria Islandilla.

The house was beautiful. The olny issue outdoors was the table and the chairs that went with it were falling apart. The pool chairs and everything else in the house we had no problems with at all. We loved the house and everything about it.

Spring break getaway

A great house, plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was excellent. Hot and warm when the weather was a little chilly. We were able to swim constantly. The grill was super, no complaints, easy walk to the beach. Would love to return.

Family Get Away

The property was wonderful and the location great! The pool and hot tub were a life saver because of the cool weather that came in and didn’t allow much beach time. We were there in mid December and our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived so it took a good 1 1/2 days to be able to heat them up. Thank you for a lovely location for our family get away!

Perfect place

This house is amazing and the pool and hot tub are perfect. Great location 2 blocks (5 min walk) to the beach. Beach location is less crowded. Close to town and the grocery store. House was nicely setup and had everything we needed for all 6 of us. Plenty of space. Shower and beds were nice. We will be back

Beach stay

The home itself was very beautiful and spacious. We were 11 family members and my family of four had our own space on the 3rd floor which was nice. The pool was very nice too. My only big complaint was that there were no pool or beach equipment aside from chairs. The umbrellas were broken and the floors of the house were so dirty. We could not walk in the home without any shoes on. It was so dirty and felt very dirty.

Too bad!

The house was in good shape. Pool area was pretty but could use some cleaning up. The pool person that came while we were there said that no one had been tending it for a while therefore the water was cloudy when we arrived. It cleared up after a while with the care taker. The blower in the hot tub was broken so the jets were not functioning. Disappointed! Every thing would have been perfect inside if the furniture had been in better shape. The beds were old, soft and uncomfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because his back hurt so much. The sofa, chairs and tables were in very poor condition also. Couch looked like it should have been on someone’s front porch it was so dirty. Too bad. Because it is a nice house. Just needs some updated furniture.

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI!!

I am originally from the east coast of Florida and now reside in NC. This was our first visit to AMI and we loved everything about it. This property was perfect. We loved the location and the pool was a bonus with kids. We loved that it was pet friendly as we have a mini golden doodle. The kitchen was well stocked to cook and the refrigerator had plenty of space. We loved the cabinet space as well. The washer and dryer was wonderful. We loved this particular property layout of the home and that is was decorated nicely. A few places we enjoyed: Ugly Grouper: fish tacos. The Porch: filets with great wine selection; The Sandbar: chain like but a nice experience for drink and view. Rod and Reel: grouper anything lunch with a view, manatees and dolphins pass through; a bit of a hike but worth a trip is Tide Tables: fresh grouper daily and the tartar is incredible, be sure to have the key lime pie! Thanks to AMI locals for an amazing stay and the owners for a wonderful home!

Great location!! Pool and hot tub were fantastic!

This house was perfect! We had three families with a few teens. The layout was perfect! Adults each had a king bedroom on the first floor and teens had the second floor with two bedrooms and a hangout room. Perfect for some separation. Location was great with an easy short walk to the beach. The house had a cooler and plenty of beach chairs for our entire group. We will definitely be back!

Property needs attention and cleaning. Lots of interruptions, owner came at 7:40 am on Saturday

Great location. Short walk to beach. The house was VERY dirty. The floors were so filthy our feet and socks were black and we ended up wearing shoes inside. I think the floors were swept poorly and never mopped. Almost every bed had pee stains and/or dirty spots on the bedding. Pool was dirty when we got there. Pool guy came Thursday night and added chemicals but didn't clean and came back Friday night to clean. We left hours later and never got to use a clean pool. Two out of three showers were broken. One didn't drain and by the end of the shower we were standing in 2-3 inches of water. The other broken one's handle didn't control the water, just spun around. The wash machine left terrible lint on everything and some clothes had snags from it. The kitchen wasn't stocked. There was no toaster, only left us 1 kitchen towel which isn't enough. The dishes weren't clean and had to be cleaned before being used. The couches and chairs were stained and dirty. We ended up putting a blanket over them so we felt comfortable enough to use them. Our vacation was interrupted more than necessary. First, a guy came to fix blinds on a window. He said the people last week wouldn't let him in because they hadn't been told about it. We weren't told either but let him in and he was quick. Mostly, because we wanted the blinds fixed in the bedroom facing the road. Next was the pool guy. I understand they need to come and do their job. We had no idea when they would come and then they came two days in a row right at the end of our vacation, which meant the pool was dirty the whole vacation. There was also the yard/landscaping people. They were in and out quickly, but were loud and came at 7:30 in the morning. We didn't expect that. Saturday was the day we were to leave. We had to be out by 10:00 am. I received several texts and emails that felt like we were being hurried out. Then, the cleaning lady came at 8:30 am and sat in the driveway until we left. It was awkward. Also, on Saturday morning at 7:40 am while we were trying to pack up and get ready to leave, the owner came to drop off beer for his son who was staying next. We offered 4 times to take it and put it in the fridge for him but he insisted to do it himself. He asked for a pen to leave a note. Bring your own pen or come when the cleaners are there, not guests. It was all super weird and intrusive. We shouldn't have let any of these people in because we weren't told in advance about of them.

Such a great property! 5 stars

Five stars FOR SURE! We had 8 friends stay here for 4 days and it couldn’t have been better. So close to beach but actually we used the pool and spa almost exclusively. Will never rent a vrbo without those two things. Really enjoyed them. We loved just hanging out during the day and evening around the pool with a cold one. The pics and descriptions are very accurate. The house is comfy clean and worked perfect for us. It’s a short bike ride into one part of town or a short drive to the Publix. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact we would have if we could have stayed longer. Only thing is we didn’t know that you had to park a certain way in the gravel in front of house so we got a parking ticket. NOT COOL. No signs no nothing telling us.

Great location home

The good, The location was fantastic. The garage was clean and useable. The master shower was amazing. The bad, the people next door partied all night for 5 days, the music was loud because the house is attached to another house. The showers are badly designed so the water wants to run across the floor and make a mess. For such a high end home the beds are horrible. All the beds are horrible. The couch wants to swallow you. The light in the refrigerators out. It seemed everywhere you sat or slept was in poor condition. The hours needs lots of tlc its really starting to look bad. I could not recommend this and I will not return.

50th birthdaycation

The entire process was fairly simple. We arrived earlier than expected. AMI was able to get into the home earlier. We ran into a problem where the propane was empty on the grill on Sunday. They responded and got back within two hours with fresh tanks. I wasn't expecting them back until the next day. The entire stay was enjoyable. Can't wait to come back.

This house and property are beautiful and very comfortable. We had an amazing week, enjoying the beach and island.

Awesome house

The home was in a great location, the amenities were lovely, and the layout of the rooms provided ample opportunity for privacy. The yard was lovely and the pool was great fun.

Sunshine getaway.

The house was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. Some beach supplies supplied. Kitchen stocked with plates/silverware/cooking supplies. Hot water heater was not able to keep up. But otherwise very nice stay. Pool is shaded for a lot of the day.

Great Week on AMI

The house was great for our extended family. The layout was very good for our 6 adults and 2 kids 4 and 2. Two adults had to cancel but there was sufficient room if they had come Issues with pool being too hot and ceiling fan were handle through email and someone came to fix those issues within 24 hrs Other minor things - pillows a bit hard for us - couple of beds were a bit hard or a bit hot for our sleepers. Screens for sliding doors left a gap for bugs - lucky we had no bugs. A few Kitchen utensils needed some replacement. Pool & hot tub was the best. Location was very good for us - near free trolley and short walk to beach. Island traffic was pretty bad once or twice a day - didn’t expect to deal with rush hour traffic 😀
