Nauti hämmästyttävästä ulkona viihdyttävästä tilasta tässä 6 makuuhuoneessa. Se on suuri katettu lanai kuivalla baarilla, T. V., patio pöytä ja pingispöytä. Ylisuurella altaalla on suuri aurinkoterassi, 6-tuumainen liukumäki ja katettu "luola" -kuulakylpy rock-vesiputouksen takana.

Sisällä on tilava oleskelutila, jossa on istuimet kaikille, ruokapöytä 12 hengelle ja täydellinen keittiö. Aivan keittiössä on kannella istuimet, joka johtaa alas allasalueelle. Takana sisäpuolella, myös keittiöstä, on puoli kylpyamme, johon pääsee pesukoneeseen ja kuivaajaan taskukannen takana.

Tässä kodissa on 6 makuuhuonetta.
Pääkerroksessa on kaksi King Master -sviittiä, joissa on oma kylpyhuone.
Ylemmällä tasolla King Master -sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme ja vaatehuone. Myös tällä tasolla löydät toisen King-huoneen, huoneen, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja lasten huone, jossa on kaksinkertainen koko kerrossänky ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Nämä kolme huonetta jakavat kylpyammeen suihku / amme-yhdistelmällä. Jokaisessa huoneessa on HD-taulutelevisio.
Ensimmäisessä elintasossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, ja loput 4 makuuhuonetta ovat 2. elintasolla. Tämä koti on täydellinen koko perheelle!

Loved the bedroom setup - worked perfect for our large group, especially 3 bedrooms with ensuites. Absolutely great location to beach - 3 blocks away. Open living area was great. Pool area and ping pong table were awesome. Beach wagon (cart), 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas were available for use - also beach towels were provided. Washer & dryer were a plus too.

Disappointing

We have been to Anna Maria several times but this is the first time staying at this property and using this management company. When we got to the house, we were a little disappointed in the kitchen. One of the cabinets was missing a door and it was in need of an upgrade. The pool was filthy and the rental book stated that it would be cleaned 2 times a week. It was NEVER cleaned. Not only was it never cleaned, it never worked. We called several times and were told someone would be out there each day. One day someone did come out but nothing was done. The location was great but I would not recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

The house, location, and island is the perfect getaway for large family/friends. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for both kids and adults. The water slide was a hit with the kids of course and even the adults gave it a run. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day. And the ping pong and sitting area as awesome for bringing the family together at the end of each day. The location is perfect, just two blocks from the beach. The beach cart, additional toys (beach buckets, boogie boards, chairs, towels) were what every family needs. The island is beautiful. Whether you're walking the towns or the beaches, make sure you take a deep breath and watch the sunrise, sunset, the loved ones around you because this house and island allow you to do it all.

Very nice BUT.....

We had a great time but there were a few disappointments when we got there. First we had to postpone our trip from 2020 due to Covid but when we first booked the photos were what got us. Especially the outdoor area with the pool, bbq, ping pong, bar and big screen tv - but there wasn't a tv outside. We arrived on a Saturday ready to go but the pool had not been cleaned so we scooped "stuff" out ourselves and were told the pool people would come Monday, which they did but they could only put chemicals in and didn't vacuum due to the weather. They came back on Tuesday and vacuumed. Also, the photos showed small table and chairs on each of the balconys. Outside the kitchen overlooking the pool the area it was empy so we had to move kitchen chairs outside to sit with coffee and then back in. Also pictured were bikes in the garage which is why we didn't bring ours. There weren't any bikes which was disappointing. I called and talked to the manager and after 2 days they brought a loaner tv and put it outside, which was nice. Chipping paint in the downstairs bedroom bathroom shower area and then the 8 kitchen table chairs really need felt under each of the legs since evertime you move a chair even a little there was a very LOUD "chalkboard" sound. The photos make the living/kitchen area appear much bigger than it really is but it was fine. There wasn't a blender but they brought one when I asked if there was one. LOTS of stairs so be aware of that. Very crowded area in the Summer - lots of traffic and restaurants are very full so get there early. Mgmnt. was very responsive but for the cost (850/night) I would have preferred everything be as it should and we did not need to contact anyone. Beautiful island.

First time on that island. Nice beach, beautiful water. Kids loved the pool, preferring it over the beach. Kitchen was lacking, utensils, small plastic drinking cups for kids. Lights in foyer were out along with outside. Pool was not cleaned. Actually called about the pool. Oh well, we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing house with all the accommodations

We truly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful home! 2 blocks from the beach, a couple restaurants within .5 miles, and TONS of options within driving distance. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot! I will say, going during the winter months, the weather was cooler (65-78 daytime) and the back yard is very shaded so the air temperature back there was 5-10 degrees cooler than in the sun. It wasn't an issue, because the pool was so warm, and it was nice not to worry about sun burn. In the summer, that island oasis shade would be amazing! Things that were provided and greatly appreciated; a grill, a wagon (absolutely necessary), a blender (and an otherwise stocked appliance/dinnerware set as well), beach towels, bed linens. Things that were not provided and we brought or bought; life vests, trash bags, cooler, games and cards,, laundry detergent, seasonings for cooking, etc. A few suggestions for the property would be; lounge/porch chairs on the 3 balconies, light bulb replaced at the top of pool stairs (dark and slippery), 1st floor bathroom (inconvenient to have to go all the way through the kitchen or through the garage and up to get to bathroom), caulk in master bathroom shower has some mildew and could be pulled and recaulked, and anything other than a ping pong table downstairs lol! Overall, we loved this home and vacation and wished we could have stayed forever. The endless white sand beaches were literally the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Pretty House needs a little work

The house is beautiful, close to the beach, and we LOVED the pool! The dishwasher does not work and the hall bath upstairs has mold all over the ceiling from moisture. These few fixes would make the Conch House perfect! We enjoyed our stay at AMI!!

We really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that the dishwasher didn't work well & the dishes didn't come out clean. Appreciated the large amount of bath & pool towels & the well equipped kitchen. Thank you! Have already recommended to my sister-in-law.

Great stay!

pros: great pool and privacy, lots of space (3 families 11 people fit very comfortably), quick short walk to the beach, beach gear included with carts, comfy beds, convenient to everything. Cons: outdoor seating not comfortable and more seating needed, was a little dirty on arrival, sand (but it is the beach) and a few dead cockroaches (non alive were seen), kitchen was bare (not even salt and pepper), Overall we had an amazing time! Communication was great, the easiest check in. The house is beautiful and the pool was so much fun! We even saw baby sea turtles!! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful property; great service

This is a lovely home with space for a large extended family. We all had our own space, and plenty of common area space too. Easy walking distance to the beach. When we had questions, the property manager responded very quickly to our texts.

Great house and location!

Our family spent one week in February at Conch House. We had a wonderful time thoroughly enjoying the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table and being together as a family. The house was very clean, had plenty of towels (both bath and beach), a gate for our toddler, and we appreciated the closeness to the beach. The beach wagon was a nice plus! Truly a great experience for us! Thank you!

Only had one complaint, pool was too cold and we had asked ahead of time to have it increased because we had arthritic senior with us, it would be nice to lower hot tub 5 degree and increase pool 5 degrees, there is so much tree coverage sun doesn't reach backyard, we stayed in February.

Excellent time had by all!

The house was better than expected! Comfortable beds, cozy but spacious layout, and the heated pool was amazing! We stayed with 11 family members and each person had their own space if needed. The backyard was perfect for ping pong games, watching football on the ‘big-screen’ and relaxing in the heated pool. We will absolutely be back. The only suggestion I have is to provide a broom for interim sweeping, and more coffee mugs. As we had to share 6. Other than that, the accommodations were spectacular! Eric, thanks again for your continued support and attention throughout our stay.

Amazing!!!!

This home was the perfect fit for our extended family. It had plenty of space, very clean and beautiful! Eric was quick to respond to anything we needed and incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to go during our stay. The heated pool and hot tub were the bonus. Everything was fabulous! We rent pretty often for our vacations. This house and property manager were definitely our favorite!
