”Recommend the bed needs a mattress protector for hygiene and to protect the mattress. The property is renovated to good modern standards for an old cottage. Shops bars restaurants taxi rank all close by. Home is clean. Host is good with communication. Definitely would stay again.”

”Mini Sainsburys and post office were within yards away and very useful. I would have liked a few more small shelves in bathroom and I couldn’t even see myself in the mirror in the lounge so couldn’t understand what it was there for (maybe for decorative purposes!). Nice and warm and bed very comfortable. Although I understand Ts&Cs, for an elderly and vulnerable person such as myself I found stripping the bed and towels etc before leaving at 11:00am quite a tiring process. However, all in all it...

”Lovely little cottage, very peaceful and tidy, had all commodities that you could need and the beds were very comfy. Was perfect for a one night stay for 3 friends. Host was great and helpful with everything. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. ”

”Very clean and incredibly well provisioned room with access to kitchen area (washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Excellent shower, easy to use air con/heating controls, big TV and really close to both Dean Clough Mills and The Piece Hall.”

”Wonderful property, close to many amenities. The "Green Shop" next door was very convenient and friendly also. The host was very pleasant to communicate with and very prompt to respond. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking in a quiet area of Sheffield with easy transit access!”

”We chose this location primarily for its proximity to Denholme where we were staying for a friends birthday party. In particular , the main features were space for a family of 5 and being pet friendly . The host , Sophie provided all details needed and reassurance, as our first time booking a private house for an overnight stay . The price was reasonable for the accommodation and it did everything we needed . The area is a quiet pleasant suburb with a small convenience store round the corner ....

”Excellent stay at accommodation”

”Beautiful, cosy two bed cottage, there was a double room and a room with bunk beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use). Beds were comfortable, decor was nice, the area is very quiet and was easy to find. We had everything we needed, the ground coffee and milk sachets was a great touch. We really enjoyed the terrace overlooking the canal, but it's worth mentioning the steps to the terrace are shallow and steep, so not easy to navigate if any mobility issues - though there is a hand rail and we...

”Nice property, lots of sleeping space, outside space good too. No cooker or oven, so don't plan to cook whilst staying. Lots of nice restaurants and take aways.”
