”Lovely hôtel - perfect for Lake Windermere. Facilities in the hotel are great: there are even wellingtons you can borrow to do a woodland walk. The restaurant is fantastic with high quality food. The lounge and reception area have wonderful open fires which make it feel really cosy. Our feature room was fantastic and roomy.”

”We had a great stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed (hoover, toaster, cutlery etc). It was nice and warm too. Very comfortable bed (no footboard so great for taller guests too). Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception and easy to check in/out. Location is great - walkable into the village, with safe parking outside the property. There is a bar next to the site and I was worried about the noise but we couldn't hear a thing from inside the property so had a great,...
