”Their deluxe rooms are big. They do not have a sofa bed inside unless you ask and it is available. Staff was very nice and supportive. We were a group of 6 people woth a 6 yr old girl.
In a very confortable area to walk everywhere and not so rushing under Christmas as Time Square or similar.
The restaurant and louge not part of the hotel need to get a 5 star ++++ great food and great staff and the inwer knows his jib and how to treat guests and make them friends. ”

Only the shower handle was a bit broken also sometimes water temperature difficult to stabilize. Room cleaning was on request but fulfilled with no issues. In the morning, you can buy food for breakfast downstairs.”

"The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
