Illalla oli aulassa juustotarjoilu, Näillä asioilla on merkitystä, että vieras kokee olevansa arvostettu ja tervetullut. Sijainti hyvä. Puisto ja kahviloita lähellä.”

”Una excelente experiencia. Muy buena atención, excelente ubicación, desayuno perfecto. Tenía que tomar unas reuniones de trabajo online y me dieron la habitación unas horas antes, lo que me permitió tomarlas en la tranquilidad de la habitación. Únicamente la habitación tenía algunas manchas pero todo limpio. Para mí 10/10”

”Nice, even bigger room than expected, on 17th floor with beautiful view both to Empire State Building and Chrystler Building. Room was contemporary and clean. Only the shower handle was a bit broken also sometimes water temperature difficult to stabilize. Room cleaning was on request but fulfilled with no issues. In the morning, you can buy food for breakfast downstairs.”

"Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde sekä ystävällinen palvelu. Kivenheiton päässä Time Squaresta, silti suht rauhallinen sijainti. Heti naapurissa 24/7 paikka josta sai mm. aamupalaa, lounasta sekä muuta syötävää ja juotavaa mukaan otettavaksi tai paikalla syötäväksi. "
"Huone oli siivottu vähän huonosti. Sängyn alta löytyi jonkun käytetty kasvomaski, kertakäyttö lusikka ja hammasväliharja sekä pölyä. Hyvä pieni huone keskeisellä paikalla. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet kävellen, metrolla ja bussilla. Alakerrassa hyvä aamiaispaikka sekä ravintola. Ulkoa tuleva melu on ajottain kovaa. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta."

"Great location to explore the amazing city of New York. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff. However the room (Jimmy suite) didn't meet our expectations:
- even our teenager complained about the very uncomfortable sofabed
- the heating was somewhat broken all the time: it woke you up with very loud noise every 45-60 minutes, it didn't heat Wells enough etc. We complained after the first night and some magic was done and the second night went well. The third night it had some problems again...
