”Hotellin sijainti on tosi hyvä ja huone oli hieno. Lisänä upea näkymä puistoon. Hotellissa oli kyllä menossa jonkin sortin peruskorjaus, mutta se ei onneksi haitannut asumista juurikaan. ”
”I was travelling alone with my teenage boy. Once we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a lot better room or flat actually with kitchen and nice views Which was very nice since we were not out late.
The cleaning lady did a wonderful job and the doormen made us feel like home. If I ever go to New York I will definately pick the Langham. Thank you very much!”

”The staff was extremely friendly (front desk, cleaners, everybody). Moreover, the overall appearance of the hotel is modern and clean. My room was very comfortable and well cleaned. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit again. ”

”Hotelli tuntui turvalliselta ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli wc:tä lukuunottamatta siisti, mutta pimeä ja pieni. Hinta-laatusuhde ei majoituspaikassa ollut kohdallaan; odotin enemmän ja petyin.”

”Nice, even bigger room than expected, on 17th floor with beautiful view both to Empire State Building and Chrystler Building. Room was contemporary and clean. Only the shower handle was a bit broken also sometimes water temperature difficult to stabilize. Room cleaning was on request but fulfilled with no issues. In the morning, you can buy food for breakfast downstairs.”
”The room was cute and quaint and perfect for solo traveling. I was allowed to get free items from the mini-bar, had Voss water and Nespresso as complimentary drinks in room, croissants for breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally nice, welcoming and accommodating. For a boutique hotel, this was perfect and I would recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait to return. No complaints - perfectly situated within walking distance to most places in NYC and it was just amazing. ”

"Great location to explore the amazing city of New York. Beautiful lobby area and very nice staff. However the room (Jimmy suite) didn't meet our expectations:
- even our teenager complained about the very uncomfortable sofabed
- the heating was somewhat broken all the time: it woke you up with very loud noise every 45-60 minutes, it didn't heat Wells enough etc. We complained after the first night and some magic was done and the second night went well. The third night it had some problems again...
