One of three barn conversions on the site, Campion Barn is an award-winning holiday home with a fine balance of contemporary flair and original charm throughout. Spend days admiring the views from one of two terraces, relaxing in the cedar clad hot tub and dining alfresco in the extensive garden with your nearest and dearest. Should you wish to explore the area, you're perfectly placed to visit some of North Cornwall's best beaches for water sports, and the tranquil countryside for wild adventures.
The space
Step inside this one-of-a-kind property where you'll be greeted by warming underfloor heating, high ceilings and floods of natural light. The clerestory windows, inspired by Norwich Cathedral, encourage wildlife observation of the surrounding countryside.

On the ground floor, there's a cosy lounge with two sofas and two armchairs, while the double-height kitchen/ dining room is the heart of the home. Prepare delicious feasts in the fully-equipped kitchen before wining and dining together around the nine-seater dining table. When the sun is shining, open the bi-fold doors and step out onto the terrace where you can dine alfresco, admire the views and relax in the cedar clad hot tub.

There are four uniquely designed bedrooms, each with luxury soft furnishings and a joyful colour pallete. There's a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor, while a further king-size bedroom, super-king-size bedroom (twin beds on request) and a bunk bedroom for all ages (with an additional pull-out bed for over 8's)are on the first floor.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
