Holy Cross Colony Hotellit

”Matkan toinen hotelli ja selkeästi viihtyisä kokonaisuus. Ainoa mukavuutta rajoittava tekijä intialaisten turistien lisäksi oli activity-centre, joka ei ollut mistään kotoisin. ”

”The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.”

”Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels”

”Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults.”

”We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. However during the next few days this was sorted out by the staff and it was lovely to have it back in use - not a...

”Main problem is poor service. When we arrived, there was sand on our sheets so the sheets hadnt been changed. Called the reception to change the sheets and none came for one hour so I had to walk to reception and after that they changed the sheets. The fame restaurant is horrible, the waiters were watching football together when we went there and they paid little attention to us. Food poor and overpriced. Breakfast mainly indian food, really crowded and noisy environment. Pool is nice. Room...

”We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels...

”We just spent 4 nights in Sterling Goa Varca. The hotel is a 4* property but lack of detail in multiple things, especially cleanliness, decreases it's points. Also the quality vs. the 9000 Rs. / night price doesn't seem adequate. The clientele seems to consist mainly of Indian and Russian tourists so maybe they have a different standard for such hotels than westerners. Pros: - Employees are friendly and most of them speak English - Breakfast spread is ok with multiple Indian and continental...

”Sain hotellin buffetista useita päiviä kestäneen ripulin ja oksennustaudin. Suosittelen välttämään syömistä siellä myöskin sen takia, että ruoka oli mautonta laitosruokaa.”

”Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The...

”Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay.”

”Yes we enjoyed ”

”We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

”Beautiful room with comfortable bed, everything clean. A lovely pool and jacuzzi and spa. Also a very nice garden and included breakfast which was delicious! 😋”
