”A great location, property was great! Parking is expensive in the area”

”Location was good. Long walk to French Quarter was doable. Fresh market across the street was excellent. Very large buffet selection. the parking was OK. I parked in front upon arrival and never moved the car. Took Lyfts everywhere. The garden is very nice and there are several sitting areas, one for each room. You have to be a tad careful since there are steps and twists and turns which can be slippery when wet. The room was very nice with a quirky, eclectic vibe. And, there were 4 USB-A ports...

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”Nothing short of wonderful! Spacious, secluded, beautiful courtyard and lovely pool. Close walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer. Audubon Cottages will now be our home away from home when we visit NOLA every year! Thanks Jeffery for being AMAZING!”

”Such a unique place to stay! It was very clean and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The bar downstairs was a lot of fun and we were surprised that we couldn’t hear anything. Having our morning coffee out on the balcony was the best! Definitely will stay here again on our way through town.”

”Loved the pool the location is a little farther than I’m used to but if you are looking for quiet yet still close to everything it’s a good pick the bed is comfortable love that they provided a fan and full kitchen and fridge definitely a perk in the quarter”

”Location was fantastic. Short walks to Frenchman Street, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and French Market from the hotel. Staff was extraordinary. Old charm of the building was fantastic. Valet parking on site was a definite plus.”

”Love the location and how easy it is to get to French Quarter sites. The particular room I had (a very comfortable suite) could use a good deep clean - orange stains on the carpets, scale build up on the glass shower doors, as well as a broken bathroom door handle. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.”
