”The staff were 100and 50 percent absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem. I had Visa trouble and they could not do enough for me.”

”Unfortunately, the check-in at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Firstly, they do not accept American Express, which was inconvenient and not clearly stated in advance. The receptionist then struggled to process my alternative card, insisting it didn’t work. I politely asked her to try again and of course, the card worked perfectly the third time, confirming it was a user error on her part. What made the situation worse was her lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake....

”Really nice stay and Mark was very friendly and helpful. He suggested places to go and breakfast provided was very tasty and to exact requirements. I would highly recommend as it is near the castle and other places to visit such as the beach and museum. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.”
