PANORAMIC VIEW OF KENAI MOUNTAINS AND HOMER SPIT

MILLION DOLLAR VIEW! The Guest House is located off of Skyline Dr. WEST. This two story house has a total of 4 bedrooms plus a den. It will sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll enter into a large viewing room where you can kick off shoes and unwind! The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living room. Bedroom 1 has a king bed or 2 twins. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. The Upstair has two more rooms. Bedroom #3 with a queen bed and an awesome view of Kachemak bay. Imagine waking up to this gorgeous view! It also has a bathroom. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds and a private bath as well. Both bathrooms upstairs are small but functional. There's also a den upstairs that you could use as a place to read, work or just some quiet time.

This place is a gem. Unbeatable views, modern clean interior, perfect for our group of 7 adults. We saw bald eagles, rabbits, and cranes, all from the comfort of the living room. I would definitely stay here again. Star was a pleasure to work with.

Million Dollar View with lots of room

This spacious home has Spectacular views of Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mountains that make this property a one in a million! Well supplied and room for everyone to enjoy the scenery and have close encounters with wildlife, such as moose, sandhill cranes and bald eagles. Great hiking trails nearby.

Nice house, lots of room, great hosts

Very nice home…lots of room in the common areas, many bedroom configurations to choose from. Room outside for a 22’ enclosed snowmobile trailer. Hosts responded very quickly if we texted a question. I’d definitely stay again!

Amazing view - the perfect place!

We stayed here for a Homer Halibut fishing trip and it was the ultimate home base for the five of us. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and responsive owners. Highly recommend!

Wonderful views

The views from the main room are amazing. It is the best reason to stay at this property. We had a large group of 7 and there was plenty of space for us. The only drawback is the dining is around the kitchen counter without any leg room to sit, but still works.

Incredible Views and Spacious

The view from this house is jaw-dropping and so fun to see the changing clouds over the mountains, float planes landing, boats on the bay, and rainbows. There was plenty of space for my family with 2 young children to stay with us and both sets of grandparents without everyone feeling like they're on top of each other. The furnishings are basic but everything you need. Star and Bart were very prompt in tending to our questions.

Amazing View

Love this house and the spectacular view. Comfortable and super clean. Water seemed to be running low after 3 days and we tried very hard to be careful. If I was able to rent again I’d bring gallon jugs of drinking water, dishes we could toss to minimize using the water. Other than that the house was epic.

Amazing view

Really smooth and easy check-in and out. The owner, Bart (next door) was so nice and gave lots of information. Lots of privacy. Couldn't get enough of the amazing view. Clean. Its a 15 minute drive into town on curvy roads but we were fine with that. Lots to do in the area. There were heaters and fans if needed. Very comfy living room furniture. Another comfy chair in there would be geat. It was perfect for our group of four adults. Tip: There is a wildlife viewing meadow across Skyline Drive (very short walk). We saw Sandhill cranes there.

Amazing view and a comfortable home!

Clean, comfortable and convenient! We loved staying there! The view was amazing and Bart and Star were great hosts!
