Adjacent is the dining room and updated kitchen with space for families to cook together, walk out to the back deck and find the hot tub below the pines. This main floor includes a queen bedroom, bathroom, and laundry/mud room leading to the garage. Please note this home is not equipped with shades or other window coverings.

The second level has a open loft family room with ample space to relax, the primary king ensuite, two queen bedrooms, and bathroom.

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
