”My husband and I had a WONDERFUL long weekend at this perfect condo! We enjoyed kayaking, hiking, eating at the local seafood restaurants, hanging at the beach, swimming in the pool, reading books on the deck, shopping in the historic district. It was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary and enjoy the beauty of nature all around us.”

”We enjoyed being in the city of Dunnellon with many places to walk and experiences nearby. Loved the pool and hot tub. And we especially enjoyed the screened in porch and privacy. There were a couple of hiccups in communication at the beginning, but Karla quickly took care of things. We looked at returning next year, but it was already reserved!”

”Clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and more for an amazing getaway. Smash burgers were amazing!! We went through 20. Rick is a Rock Star!! The only bad thing is we have to work harder to loose the weight we put on lol. The place is close to everything we wanted to explore. We will most likely return.”

”Our Unit was as portrayed in Vrbo. The unit has what is needed to be comfortable. The amenities were nice. Location was quiet and close to town. The dock area needs much repair and the ability to fish from dock not feasible due to growth. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Our Host was easy to contact and helped in anyway possible.”

”We had a nice relaxing time at Boaters paradise. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare a meal. The beds , sheets and towels were all nice quality and comfortable. We loved the water view and enjoyed several beautiful sun sets in the patio. The pool was very nice ( appreciated all the beach towels too!) we enjoyed having our boat there . We didn’t know about the little beach down the road ! That was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this condo. Nick was very...

”Outstanding location, near waterfront, tourist venues such as boat rentals, and several eateries. House was very clean and fully equipped. Although entirely satisfactory, this is an old house and has some quirks, such as a toilet sticking out of a closet in one bedroom and a very spongy floor in some places. We were happy with the house.”

”This place was great, close to everything and still a 5 minute kayak from a beautiful river. The place looks better inside than outside, and was well furnished and clean. The coolest thing was the Blackstone grill. I do wish the creek in the back had a nice clean bottom, instead of the mucky murky one, but the water was clean at least. We never did see any manatees, because apparently the usually come up river in the winter time.”
