”The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and a great quiet location downtown. Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking.The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us. However, older guests might find them difficult, especially carrying luggage.We would definitely book this property again.”

Bed was comfy a/c worked great! Quiet location! Had the t.v. working then it "lost connection" and I couldnt get it back. But had a chance to catch up with my book ;) recommend this motel!”

When we arrived, we found that the hotel had been purchased and redone by Marriott. This was not a big deal, but it did take a few extra minutes at check-in, as there were some computer issues with the reservation migration from the Holiday Inn to Marriott. ”Overall, our three night stay at the Ledges was excellent. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice.
