”The beach was great! Room was nothing fancy, but clean. Staff was pleasant. The coffee is horrible and no coffee spots around. Buy your own groceries and you’ll find this place a nice gem. ”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”

”If you're flying in or out of Tampa, this is by far, THE PLACE TO STAY.?
You literally walk one step and you go from the lobby into the terminal.
The room was on a recently renovated floor and was first class as was the bar/ lounge and the breakfast Cafe. The food was excellent.
The pick-up and return of the rental car was so efficient, right on the property.
Check in valet service, or self parking was also the easiest I've ever seen at a major airport.
