”The rooms were nice, our room only had the 2 beds and microwave and fridge. No hairdryer so make sure to bring one. It is about a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was nice to eat. There were not any shops in a walking distance but the beach was right on property!! ”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the door lock was not functioning. We immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue and requested assistance. The front desk agent informed us that a maintenance staff member would be sent to fix the problem. However, after waiting a considerable amount of time, no one arrived.
We called the front desk again, and this time we were told that no maintenance personnel were available. We then requested a room change, but the agent informed...

”We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!”
