”The condo was located in the ground floor near the pool so very convenient. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay there again ”

”The air conditioner in the master bedroom, even in the OFF position, stayed on blowing directly at the head of the bed. The kitchen was well appointed. The unit was decorated nicely, nice starter set of supplies, etc. The pillows were nice to look at but terrible to sleep on!!The screens on the louvered widows to the lanai need to be cleaned and repaired (or replaced) so they can be used.Thank you so much for sharing your home.”

”The unit had all of the comforts of home with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and relaxing during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast from the balcony and watched the whales every morning. This was our first time using Vrbo and our first time stay in Maui. The unit was in a great location at a fair price. No parking and resorts fee's was an added savings to our trip. Communication with rental property was easy. Highly recommended.”

”Run of the mill one bedroom condo. The kitchen was well equipped except for seating; the only seating was uncomfortable high chairs at the counter. Bedroom was Ok. The view from the lanai was nothing but foliage- meh. We were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool. and no beach; yes, the property fronts on the ocean, but there is no beach, just rocks. ”

”Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. ”
