”Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! ”

”The staff didnt open the door, was propably sleeping, water pressure was poor, and first just cold water. When complained about this, the answer was that just think it's ok to use cold. There was no instructions for using the safe, staff didnt know how to use, neither Did the manager. Then they gave all keys for all safes in the place. Same money can get a decent hotel from the area, dont go here.”

”In genreal it was good hotel, the price leve was a bit high for Kiev, but I made my reservation one day before trip. The hotel was perfectly located for my needs, but I can't recommend the location if you are planning the trip to down town only. There is supermarket near the hotel, it is nice.”

”Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. ”

”Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,...
