We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. ”I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!”

”The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it.”

”On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did.”

”Flight was delayed a few hours. Dave made sure I got my room with no issues. Great place to stay at.”

”Property was adequate for a nights rest. Maintenance is lacking-shower wall above shower head looks bad. Only one plug in on wall by ironing board worked; Stains on carpet; wash clothes are thin enough to see though. Breakfast had not much to offer for diabetics, no fruit, waffle mix took a very long time to fill cup even halfway. Hot water was Luke warm. I like Super 8 but this one could use some “extra”.”

”We felt like we were with family. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was great. The hot tub and pools make it so much more enjoyable. They offer a mini dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, which I thought was a great asset, especially for families. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only issue was that the dryer was not working when I was there. Overall, I would stay there again.”

”The staff was nice - but the hotel was under construction. There was an intoxicated person at the pool as we were checking in. We were checked into a dirty room. When we got to the room - the police were at the front desk and the drunken guest was a our nextdoor neighbor. It really bothered my son. The breakfast staff was super friendly.”

”We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.”

”Best hotel we have stayed in a long time! Quiet, clean, smoke and pet free rooms. We have nothing against pets but would like to stay in a room where a pet has not slept in/on the beds. Breakfast area clean and the food was good. Close to the highway allowing easy access off/on. Highly recommend and would stay here again!”
