Omg. The young guy on reception needs a course customer service relation and that goes for the hotel owner.
Id booked and paid for room over weekend 17th 18th jan 2026.
I had to hand over bank details as they accuse you of being a hooligan and that your going to smash the room up.(£100) on good will.
No good will feeling
Im a security officer for gods sake.
Had a phone argument with the owner regarding data protection protocol.
Room ok. But dirty n there was damage so i dragged the receptionist round taking loads photos to prove that it was done prior to myself arriving.
Left fuming .
Room is a room. As was out most of the time but left feeling really unwelcome.
Needs addressing.
