”The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, bedding and towels. Lovely big double windows gives plenty of natural light. A big built in wadrobe/cupboard gave plenty of storage space for clothes etc. An iron, heater, fan and hair dryer were all provided. The only thing that could possibly be improved is maybe some extra milk, it wasn't too much of an issue as I was on my own. ”I was a walker arriving at the Nag's Head at 15.30. I was warmly received and shown to my very comfortable room. Although the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday evening, i was provided with a wonderful Chinese meal at a very modest cost. I requested a continental breakfast which was fine. Pick Hill is a lovely small village with a long history, some of which is displayed in the ancient church. ”
