”Having stayed on one of hottest days of year the air conditioning in bedrooms was extremely welcome and efficient. I thought uk king size beds would be standard in hotels. Not used to a double bed but it was clean and comfortable. Bathroom spotless but struggled to access the shower over bath as you had to step in onto slope at end of bath. If you have even a minor disability then try to get an accessible room.. The pool was a good size and well maintained as was gym. Good sized pool towels....

”We stayed for one night expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Yesterday was one of the hottest days of the year, making the situation even worse. The air conditioning in our room was faulty. Plastic desk fan blowing warm air around the room. 1 lift only for the whole hotel. Bathroom with plaster and paint flaking of the ceiling, sink tap wobbling, bath stained and unclean, shower glass with dried stains from previous guests, only feather pillows and quilt, had to purchase non feather pillows myself. ”I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy.
