Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, twin size bunk beds, and tv.

Bedroom #2 has 3 twin size beds and a tv.

Bedroom #3 is the primary suite with a king size bed, twin size bed, tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-4 unassigned parking spaces are available on a first come first service basis.
-A paddle board, kayak, and additional lake essentials like life jackets & floats are available for use in the garage.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
--Guests do not have access to the amenities of the Horseshoe Bay Resort with the exception of the Waterfront Bar & Grill which is open to the public.
-If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum number of 1 pet up to 35 lbs can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
