”We had an amazing weekend in HSB! The location was perfect and walking distance to the resort so we could check out what they had to offer. The condo itself was super cute, clean, and easy to access from the parking lot across the street. I will definitely come back and stay again! ”

”The room is beautiful, the views are outstanding and the grounds very well kept. We had a bit of an issue with check-in but it was resolved very quickly by Obi and we were made whole. The only issue we had was with a very unprofessional property manager by the name of Loretta who doesn't understand customer service. Outside of that we would recommend this stay. ”

”Everything was great except parking. Who ever owns or rented the place next to us used part of our parking space so we had to park in guest parking. Would have been a bigger issue if we had not been able to use the load-unload spot next to elevators. Place a pic of the vehicle. We would stay again. Just wanted to let you know as this could be a bigger issue of your other guests.”

”I would have gave higher rating. But AC was out for 2days. The garage was dark and dirty. Pipes were leaking return water from lake on my truck. Per maintenance.”

”When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both...
