”Wow! What a hotel, from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left, everything was superb.
The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much for them, greeting you at the door and collecting your luggage, parking your car, a hello and a smile from everyone you met.
Our room was excellent, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom with a loo that lifted its own lid and had a heated seat, which my wife thought was wonderful!
The restaurant we had dinner in, Fletchers, was excellent. The food was...

”This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.”

”We loved the hotel, very regal looking! Staff werw friendly. Clean and spacious. If i had to guve a negative it would be only one lift which was extremely slow and on a personal note, the bed was extremely hard. We both woke up with sore hips! Again that doesnt mean everyone will find the bed too hard. The bedding and bedroom were beautiful and clean. All in all would definitely recommend and would come again. ”

”What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning!
We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊”
