”Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime. I would definitely put it on my must visit again places”

”When I arrived at the property, I couldn't get into the building because I had received no checkin instructions. I saw a few message asking me to pay for a damage deposit in my Expedia inbox. But I didn't get any advanced notification in my gmail inbox until on the checkin afternoon. Because I was travelling, I couldn't have seen these messages until I arrived at the property. The message was very cryptic. It wasn't immediately clear what I needed to do. Another hotel guest kindly explained...

”Poorly maintained. Kept awake until 1am with people talking loudly outside with an “interesting” smell of Tobacco.. not good when you’re up at 3am for a plane”
