”Lovely room, clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and everything provided that you would need.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were dealing with flooding outside the pub following a storm.”

”Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful
We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!!
If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...

”Room very clean & tidy looks like a recent refurbish which was very well done , the only thing was the mattresses could do with renewing , which is the only negative thing to say about our stay was able to help ourselves to tea ,coffee etc when needed . Could not ask for better staff , nothing to much trouble for them to do , very good choice for breakfast , never went out hungry also very good menu all round with a good choice of drinks at the bar , will definitely stay again and would highly...

”The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk).
Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around.
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast.
We enjoyed breakfast very much, which was beautifully cooked and presented.
To have parking at such a central location was great. We did have to play around getting out...
