”The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming...

”Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future ”

On a number of occasions I have been allocated a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the rest of my colleagues. When I queried this at check in, I was advised there were no other rooms available. What I also find disappointing is that one of my colleagues consistently appears to receive room upgrades, yet whenever I have politely asked, I am told that nothing is available. ”Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful.”
