”We visited during the summer on our road trip through New England. The town was completely dead. I can imagine it's wonderful in the winter but we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was very nice with good additional services. The spa seemed to be very small so during the peak season I would imagine it gets really growded. The staff was friendly and overall I'm happy with the place (+ we got the nigth at a bargain price). The breakfast was nothing to write home about.”

”My husband and I stayed at the Manchester View for 5 days while we were looking at houses. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our room and it was wonderful. The room was so comfortable and spacious we didn't want to leave. Would definitely recommend the Manchester View to anyone and if we ever have an overflow of relatives that come to visit, they will be staying at the Manchester View.”

”Agreed with all comments about the exceptional home made style breakfast. However, the second night there was a group playing guitar and singing. With over 200 years house, this was not welcomed especially after a tiring long ski day.
