This breathtaking beautiful, 3 BR, 3.5 bath home comes with amazing views of Lake Catherine from nearly every room in the house. Enchanted Cove sits on the east side of Catherine and offers 3 decks and very large wall windows. Perfect upscale kitchen with both types of coffee pots, big open floor plan includes dining and living room areas together. Nice wet bar included, with all the recent updates! Our large open kitchen is perfect for entertaining with your family and friends gathering around the spacious Island. Nice granite countertops, with three bar stools for extra eating space.
The Master bedroom and bath is located on the main level with the extra bath and laundry room. The living room offers a beautiful standard size couch and two chairs with a large flat screen TV for app driven streaming. The beautiful open staircase leads you to an additional living area set up with a large comfortable sectional couch, TV and two more additional bedrooms ( one ) with four twin beds for extra sleeping and extra bath for all guest upstairs.
You will love spending time outside enjoying the views of Lake Catherine. Plenty of seating and relaxing on our spacious balconies with plenty of seating for drinking coffee or cocktails after a long day on the Lake. We have plenty of room out on the swim dock, boardwalk and boat slips with a water level patio. Grab your family and book this lovely home for the Spring and Summer getaways.
Staying at Enchanted offers you all the amenities of the Diamondhead gated community come with renting, such as; swimming, golfing, tennis courts and freesby golf locations once your in the gated community. One mile from the State Park that offers rental boats, paddle boats and much much more.

Absolutely loved this house! So comfortable, excellent amenities, & great communication with owner and staff (when we accidentally showed up a day early). I would buy this house as is if I could. 40th birthday get away

This house was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was beautiful and spacious and stocked with anything we possibly could have needed. We were able to swim at the dock and it was perfect. Every patio was enjoyed and we will definitely be returning! Not ONE thing we could complain about.

Great place to stay

This house is very nice and as advirtised. It is 25 minutes from Oaklawn Park and the the drive has many turns. The view of the lake on the patios was great.

Enchanted Cove

The pictures honestly didn’t do this place justice. We all agreed it was so much nicer in person. We utilized every inch of the home. We brought kayaks to enjoy the water in the evening. The kids even spent lots of time swimming by the docks. The grill, jacuzzi tub, laundry room…. All great amenities! We also checked out the neighborhood pool which was huge and well maintained. Rented a boat from the nearest marina as well. So much fun! We all said we would book this property again if it’s available in the near future. Thanks for everything!

Peaceful and Fun

The property was as lovely in person as in the pictures online. Check in at the realty office was easy and the staff there were always helpful. We took advantage of the community pool, exercise room, and playground. The staff at Diamondhead Community were very friendly and helpful. Lake Catherine State Park is only a few minutes away and has great trails with a waterfall and nice beach. We took a few trips to Hot Springs and Garvin Gardens which I highly recommend. Overall, our week was relaxing even though 2 of us had some work to do in the evenings. The internet was fine for everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay and being on the river. We rode horses one day at the state park. We ventured to theme park, which was only 25 minutes away. We rented a boat on Lake Hamilton. Lots of fun things to do. We also enjoyed the playground and dock!

Beautiful stay on Lake Catherine

My wife, 2 adult sons, their wives, and our small grandchildren enjoyed a long weekend in this home on Lake Catherine. We enjoyed the open arrangement of kitchen, dining, and living room, and the kids enjoyed watching movies upstairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, large, and comfortable. (Bring your own bath soap!) The highlight was the lake and the dock. We brought a kayak and inflatable raft and we tooled around the area close by, fishing and seeing the wildlife. The water was very cold when we were there in early June. One evening, with the fog on the water, we experienced a beautiful sunset while fishing off the dock. We never caught anything off the dock but caught quite a few small bream from the boat along the banks of the lake. We got bait from the Lake Catherine Marina just a few minutes from the house. The community pool was very good for small children, with a large area of water 3 feet deep. There was a nice playground nearby also. We enjoyed a very nice game of golf at Hot Springs Country Club, about 20 minutes away, but the local golf course looked pretty good also. A piece of advice - DO NOT USE THE GARAGE! Even if the door to the garage is open. The owner would not release the garage door code to us even after our cars and belongings were locked in the garage accidentally. The property manager, Jo Ann, had to come to open the garage for us. Jo Ann was very helpful in providing all the assistance we needed for that issue and for the entire weekend. We loved it all (except for the garage issue)!

Spring break fishing and fun

Beautiful lakefront property

This is a beautiful property inside and out. We thought it was larger in person that it appeared in photographs. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master is on the main level, and there is essentially a second master upstairs along with a "bunkroom" with 4 twin beds. We loved the double level balconies, and the ability to go sit on the dock to watch the sunset. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and pots / pans along with a few basics like salt, pepper and spices. There was both a Keurig coffee maker and a standard coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and the linens were nice - this is always a concern for us when we rent and we were pleasantly surprised. Be aware that the property is quite a ways from Hot Springs proper. It didn't bother us too much, but it is a good 20 minute drive. Also, our GPS told us to turn down a dead end just before the actual entrance to the subdivision. Future renters should be advised to make sure that you go to the main entrance rather than following the GPS. Renters do need to stop by a management office to pick up gate passes and the code to the property. It was on the way to the property, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. I would suggest considering leaving the packet inside the property and providing the renters with the code to the door rather than requiring this additional stop. One oddity worth noting: We've rented a lot of vacation rentals, and I've never had to turn the water on for each of the toilets. I assume maybe there was some issue at some point, but it was a bit strange. It also appeared that maybe the toilets were already on in most cases, but there were large signs by each of the toilets indicating that the water supply must be turned on. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of Arkansas!

When we arrived, we couldn't get into the house because of a problem with the front door but the property manager came to us immediately to get this corrected. The property was located in a wonderful area that was minutes from downtown but off to itself in a serene part of Lake Catherine. The kitchen provided absolutely everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was beautiful from the one balcony out of three that we could actually use (sign requested top balcony not be used and bottom was too dirty to use). However, the outside cleanliness of this property left much to be desired. Two problems with the house.....1. our soap bottles in all 3 bathrooms were filled with 25% soap and 75% water and the bathrooms were less than clean, housekeeping needs to be addressed about this immediately. 2. Cleanliness of the outside left much to desired. We could only use 1 of the 3 balconies....for the property to be advertised as a lake house, the balcony by the water was dirty....furniture was not clean and cushions had mildew, dirt and cobwebs took over and deck/boat slips couldn't be walked on because dried geese poop was every where, grill looked like it hadn't been taken care of. The top balcony was closed off to use for whatever reason which was not shared in the listing or by the property manager. For anyone wanting to enjoy the outside on water's edge, you had to do it from the one balcony that was clean enough to sit on even though the hand rails were covered in cobwebs. The entryway to the house was also covered in cobwebs. Again, the location was superb and we did enjoy being there but the lack of outside use and cleanliness is what brings this review to 3 stars.
