”This cozy cottage will not disappoint and is true to the photos. It is very comfortable and served as our home away from home while visiting Hot Springs. Everything you may need is provided, and then some. The water pressure in the showers is amazing! It is in walking distance to Oaklawn race track and close to Central Avenue and downtown Hot Springs. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. ”

”This place suited our needs perfectly for a clean and affortable place to stay for an overnight trip to Hot Spring National Park. It was a 10-15 minute drive to and from the park depending on the traffic. Everything in the residence was up to date and clean. Mattress was on the softer side, but fine for a short stay (as someone who prefer a firmer sleeping surface). Host was responsive and easy to communication with. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.”

”The house was perfect for my wedding party to get ready. The beds were very comfy. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Loved the deck and patio lights to hang out in the evening. ”

”The home was very nice. As described in the listing. The driveway is quite rough but not a deterrent. The yard is well kept. The home is very spacious. At night it is very dark (my 5 year old is afraid of the dark but she did fine). The only problem I had was the beds are very firm. The home owner does have squishy mattress covers that were helpful! Communication was great everything labeled and notes posted to help with any questions!”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s super close to downtown, only taking a few minutes to reach Bathhouse Row. It was great to stay in a location so close to where we wanted to be each day. The house was decorated beautifully and came fully equipped either bathing we needed: towels, kitchen supplies, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. The only difficult thing about this property is the driveway. It’s fairly steep and gravel. We were glad we had AWD. It leads up behind the house to a...
